The is a high visibility opportunity with engagement with leaders across the business unit.
• Oversee E2E cross-functional workplan enabling the delivery and oversight of key deliverables
• Serve as the program management function, acting as a conduit between business unit sponsors/leads, workstreams and support functions
• Enable and oversee change management activities
• Support communication strategy including program progress; reporting, requirements and decisioning
• Drive organizational alignment and develop linkages and dependencies with teams in and outside of the business unit
• Lead PMO forums for the business unit, interface with organization-wide committees (e.g., Operational Risk Management Committee), and share insights (e.g., Community of Practice)
• Manage and mentor a small, motivated team and foster a culture of intellectual rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting risk and compliance at a financial services company • Experience managing multi-year priority programs and leading complex transformation initiatives • Experience leading and owning PMO forums
