Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Data Science Practitioner
to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver advanced
AI and machine learning-based frameworks
that drive data-informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage and mentor team members, and ensure the effective implementation of AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement innovative
AI and machine learning models
to enhance decision-making and business outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing business processes.
Conduct in-depth
data analyses
to evaluate the performance and impact of deployed AI models.
Measure and justify the value of AI and machine learning initiatives.
Stay current with emerging
Data Science and AI trends
to continuously refine strategies and methods.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights across multiple teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in SQL
for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Strong proficiency in Python
, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Expertise in
Data Science, AI Strategy, and Data Analysis & Interpretation
.
Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable AI/ML models in a business environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data and AI services.
Knowledge of
data visualization tools
(Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Master's degree in
Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
.
