Job Description
Manage all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions. Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 5+ years of experience in accounting Manufacturing industry experience Experience managing a team of accountants/AR/AP What's on Offer
