Dental Hygienist
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore a Dental Hygienist opportunity in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This role is with a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to delivering preventive and comprehensive dental care in a supportive and community-centered environment.
Salary and Benefits: Hourly Rate: $48 - $52 (based on experience) Schedule Options: Standard: 4-day work week Flexible: Either 5 days/40 hours per week OR 4 days (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) with one 11-hour day and three 9.5-hour days Health Insurance: 90% employer-covered Dental and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off: 33 days per year + 8 paid holidays CME: $1,000 + 24 hours of approved CME time Retirement: 403(b) with 100% match on the first 3%, next 2% at 50% Malpractice Insurance: Covered under FTCA Long-Term and Short-Term Disability: 100% employer-paid EMR: Dentrix Responsibilities:
Provide routine hygiene care with 1-hour appointments per patient Deliver patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care Collaborate with dentists and dental support staff to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Dentrix Requirements:
Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Pennsylvania New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for community-based care
