We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza’s Phoenix Tower in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood. ****
Summary of Position
The Paralegal-Real Estate Transactions will be responsible for providing legal assistance in all aspects of real estate transactions, including reviewing contracts and evaluating risk in the transactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Draft, review, and summarize real estate contracts and related documents.
Track critical contract dates, deadlines, and progress on contract-related tasks.
Support all aspects of real estate transactions, including review of surveys, plats, title commitments, and deed restrictions.
Coordinate with title companies and review settlement statements and other closing documents.
Draft, review, and proofread various legal documents, including notices and disclosures for home sales.
Assist with management of electronic files and recordkeeping.
Prepare and send reports to senior management.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Requires at least 5 years of in-house legal department or law firm experience with Real Estate Law.
Workshare Compare experience preferred.
Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
