What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Perform QA reviews of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) cases ensuring compliance with established guidelines
Conduct training for new QA and QC joiners, validating their practice cases
Collaborate with internal support teams to enhance processes and workflows
Identify procedural gaps and provide proposed solutions through root cause analysis
Present QA findings and insights to inspire positive changes in compliance operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
6+ years of hands-on experience in QA, Audit, or as a Financial Crime Investigator
Working knowledge of BSA/AML laws, regulations, and rules for financial services/products
ACAMS or equivalent AML qualification
Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with global partners and manage complex audits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
ACAMS certification or equivalent AML certification
Experience in crypto exchanges or financial services, particularly in payments or trading operations
Background in project management, analytics, or quality assurance
Advanced degree in business, finance, or legal
Advanced understanding of Google apps, JIRA, and Salesforce Service Cloud
