The Role: The Fulfillment Supervisors and Managers are key leaders in our growing 3PL operations, managing E-commerce and Wholesale customers. Responsibilities include overseeing distribution center operations such as picking, packing, shipping, inbound receiving, and consolidation. Motivating a performance-driven team and delivering excellent customer service are essential. Shifts may include first, second, or weekend shifts. What You’ll Do: Maintain records on working hours and meet financial targets Review and improve operations continuously Manage shift flow and resource allocation Supervise staffing, training, and discipline Enhance operational efficiency Foster teamwork and effective communication Track performance metrics and costs Promote a safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned Who You Are: A motivated leader with influence Excellent communicator Adaptable and multi-tasker Problem solver Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills What You’ve Done: 5+ years in warehouse operations (replenishment, receiving, outbound, etc.) 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience Experience with WMS, OMS, Excel, Office applications High School diploma or GED Available to work onsite in Dallas, Garland, or Terrell, TX Preferred Candidates Will Have: Data-driven decision-making experience Prior 3PL operations experience Wholesale B2B experience Physical Work Environment: Ability to perform moderate physical activity Lift up to 25-30 lbs occasionally Maintain focus for extended periods Availability for overtime during peak seasons Note: Cart.com does not sponsor visas.
