Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reporting Record complex transactions (e.g., purchase accounting, restructuring) Research GAAP/FASB standards and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors Lead budgeting and forecasting across departments Analyze variances and recommend internal controls Develop financial models for breakeven analysis, cash flow, ROI, and capital expenditures Prepare financial statements for internal and external stakeholders Oversee annual audit and tax filings (income, sales, property) Serve as the primary liaison for banking relationships Participate in M&A and strategic growth initiatives Maintain and improve accounting department processes and documentation Supervise all accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, GL, and reconciliations Lead and mentor the accounting team, including hiring and performance management Support additional projects as needed What You Bring:
CPA (required) Public accounting experience (preferred) Several years of experience as a Controller in a complex manufacturing environment Inventory and costing expertise Experience with change management and/or high-growth environments (preferred) Strong leadership and team development skills FP&A experience with the ability to present financial insights to leadership Comfortable balancing hands-on work with strategic delegation
