In this strategic leadership role, you will design and execute an innovative and effective global supply chain strategy. Your expertise will drive supply continuity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness within a highly regulated manufacturing setting. As the VP, you will oversee all supply chain functions including planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier relationships. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive strategies and implementing best-in-class processes and systems to achieve operational excellence. You will drive performance management and cost optimization efforts, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred At least 15 years of global supply chain leadership experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sector A proven track record in managing complex, multi-regional supply chains Deep knowledge of global trade and regulatory requirements The ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Experience with major ERP systems and supply chain planning tools A detail-oriented, organized approach with the ability to collaborate effectively If you are a motivated leader with a passion for supply chain excellence, we want to hear from you!
