Perform the day-to-day operation and oversight of the Overdraft Program, managing and resolving charge off activity for overdrawn accounts, and providing support to branch staff and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) debit card portfolio support and processing functions to branches and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond timely to overdraft and debit card support requests, effectively implement documented controls, and accomplish departmental objectives. Develop, document, maintain, and ensure compliance with an effective standard procedure for the Overdraft Program and supporting timely processing of fraud reporting to Jack Henry Card Service. Develop, document, maintain, and ensure compliance with an effective standard procedure for providing support and assistance through phone and email to branch staff on ODP questions and requests, and supporting timely processing of debit card support requests (PIN resets, card status updates, etc.) Develop, document, maintain, and ensure compliance with an effective standard procedure for contacting account holders regarding payment of overdrawn accounts to limit charge off occurrence Develop, document, maintain, and ensure compliance with an effective standard procedure to provide Fresh Start documentation to both customers and branch staff. Develop, document, maintain, and ensure compliance with standard procedures that provide for continuity of Overdraft Program services in the event of a disaster or less severe interruption to the ongoing business processes and provide for continuity of EFT and debit card services in the event of a disaster or less severe interruption to the ongoing business processes. Develop, document, maintain, and ensure compliance with standard procedures for monitoring and reporting Overdraft Program activity to include volume of ODP customers and transaction activity, etc. and volume of incoming support requests on cards and EFT transactions, etc. to create management awareness. Develop, document, maintain, and ensure compliance with standard procedures that confirm compliance with any laws or regulations governing the Overdraft Program (Regulation E, Regulation CC, BSA/OFAC, etc.) and EFT (Regulation E, Regulation CC, BSA/OFAC, etc.). Prepare EFT debit card, ATM, and credit card settlement reports on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis. Set up Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service (CDARS) and IntraFi Cash Services (ICS) accounts and mail statements as needed. Complete training, as assigned, within the expected timeframes. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Three years of banking experience preferred Demonstrated proficiency using banking platforms and common office software and systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines while working independently Strong attention to detail Ability to travel, occasionally overnight Ability to define goals and objectives, organize work, and successfully manage completion of tasks to achieve pre-defined goals and objectives Ability to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time

*The salary range is based on market data associated with the position and where the pay rate falls within the range is commensurate with experience, education, and other qualifications.

Salary Description

$15.82-$21.40/hour - Salary Grade 3*
