We are looking for a Tool and Equipment Coordinator to assit with the coordination, inventory, and maintenance of tools, equipment, materials, and supplies in laydown yard and tool crib.

A day in the life:

Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, materials and supplies

Order tools, equipment, materials and supplies in accordance with purchasing standards

Distribute and accept returns of equipment, materials and supplies

Maintain accurate billing

Communicate with email and phone in a professional mannor. Be able to operate a computer

Assist logistics coordinator in the coordination of delivery and pickup of tools, material, and equipment as required

Demonstrate continuous effort to improve tool program and material coordination operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service

Organize and take ownership of yard and tool room

You should have:

Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with customers and employees

Possess administrative and organizational skills for planning and management of tool inventory

Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner
