Machine Maintenance Technician
Machine Maintenance Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns as they occur on the manufacturing floor. The goal is to prioritize safety while minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency. Technicians perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment according to schedule, replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors, identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines, collaborate with team members and leads to analyze and solve complex technical repairs, calibrate and align machinery to ensure performance, and document all maintenance and repairs performed on the floor. Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns on the manufacturing floor. Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on various machines and equipment. Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors. Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines. Collaborate with team members and leads to solve complex technical repairs. Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance. Document all maintenance and repairs performed. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
