This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Shifts are three 12-hour shifts, with one schedule from 0900-2130 and another from 1000-2230. Call will be approximately 5 times per 4-week schedule and will include 1-2 Saturdays per month.
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse with PACU experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the recovery of patients under deep sedation and the management of post-procedural devices in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide post-anesthesia care for patients recovering from various procedures. Monitor patient vitals using telemetry and manage post-procedural devices (including cardiac and orthopedic devices). Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active RN license in Alaska (permanent license required for submission). ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications are mandatory. Previous PACU experience is essential. Why ARMStaffing?
