Service Manager
to oversee our daily operations and guide heating and air conditioning technicians to greatness. Here's what awaits: PAY:

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
This is a dynamic, hands-on management position where you'll skillfully lead a crew of heating and air conditioning technicians (and soon, plumbers!) and elevate our customer service. You'll balance daily responsibilities with long-term process optimization efforts to help our business reach the next level. Your day-to-day tasks will include implementing Hall's customer service systems, managing field service, creating technician schedules, coordinating dispatch, and maintaining inventory. You'll conduct ride-alongs and mentor field techs to ensure everyone completes high-quality work.
You'll oversee KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to ensure all staff members meet their targets. Thinking ahead, you'll develop and execute a 100-day plan for your team to increase efficiency and productivity. You'll help hire, train, onboard, and review new talent as well as implement efficient Hall's processes.Here's what we need from our Service Manager:
Proven management experience with the ability to hit the ground running and lead your team from day one
Expertise in leading a team, coaching employees, managing processes, and holding others accountable for their performance
Organizational skills and decisive problem-solving abilities
Commitment to growing personally and developing your team
A proactive mindset and willingness to play a key role in helping grow and develop our expanding company (for Plumbing and our new location!)
Heating and air conditioning and/or plumbing experience -
Familiarity with KPI tracking and scheduling tools -
