As a key member of the Claims Senior Leadership Team, the Vice President of Auto Physical Damage & Subrogation will
lead the strategic and operational evolution
of our auto claims organization. This executive will be accountable for both the day-to-day performance and long-term transformation of North-East Auto Physical Damage and National Subrogation functions, driving innovation, operational excellence, and a superior customer experience. With a strong blend of visionary leadership and disciplined execution, this role will shape and deliver a modernized claims environment that is efficient, data-driven, and customer-centric.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent related experience preferred
Experience:
9 - 11 years or Master's Degree equivalent plus 7 - 9 years
Knowledge:
Extensive level of professional knowledge in field across multiple disciplines and broad business segment. Extensive knowledge of management practices.
Proven leadership experience with evidence of strong collaboration and transformational management.
Executive presence with deep Claims management expertise. Knowledgeable of market trends with a strategic mindset.
Pay Philosophy : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Salary Range $200,000 - $280,000
