The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role in Kansas City offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale commercial construction projects in the business services industry.
Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Oversee site inspections and quality control to ensure standards are met.
Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues that arise.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available as needed.
Lead and supervise on-site teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Prepare and submit daily reports documenting project progress and challenges.

A successful Superintendent should have:
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
