Key Responsibilities Marketing Measurement Leadership:

Direct the strategy and implementation of cross-channel measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, geo testing, incrementality testing, platform-based attribution) that guide marketing ROI, budget distribution, and campaign enhancement. Advanced Analytics for Personalization & Optimization:

Develop models for customer segmentation, CLV, propensity, and recommendations. Work alongside marketing teams to adopt data-driven personalization and targeting initiatives. Experimentation & Testing Frameworks:

Design and expand testing methodologies, such as A/B, geo-based, and quasi-experimental strategies utilizing ARIMAX and causal inference methods. Establish best practice standards enterprise-wide. Pricing & Promotion Analytics:

Conduct analytics to inform pricing and promotional strategies, which includes elasticity modeling, dynamic pricing, and personalized offer trials utilizing dual uplift methodologies. Data Integration & Platform Strategy:

Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to scale analytics leveraging modern tech stacks (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, CDPs). Utilize various BI and marketing tools (Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, AB Tasty, Optimizely). Stakeholder Engagement & Influence:

Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, loyalty, and digital teams. Transform complex analytics into actionable insights and guide strategic choices throughout the company. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to embed data science into essential marketing workflows and customer experiences. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, physics, economics, engineering, computer science, data or information science, or equivalent experience, alongside 8 years of experience in deploying data science, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions, particularly in enterprise settings (fewer years may be accepted with a master's or doctorate degree). 8 years of programming experience (fewer years may be accepted with a master's or doctorate degree). 5 years of experience with SQL and familiarity with various statistical modeling or machine learning techniques. Preferred Skills/Experience Proven expertise in statistical modeling, econometrics, experimental design, and causal inference. Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, Spark, and Scala. Extensive technical knowledge of cloud and big data platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks). Demonstrated success in implementing measurement frameworks across MMM, MTA, geo testing, and incrementality testing. Solid experience in customer segmentation, personalization, CLV modeling, and pricing/promotion analytics. Familiarity with marketing tools like Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, and testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, AB Tasty). Exceptional communication skills to convey technical insights as business strategies and influence senior leadership. Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments. Doctorate Degree in a quantitative field. 5 years of proficiency in conducting predictive analytics at a large scale. 5 years of experience navigating multiple data systems and sources. Salary Range:

$142,400.00 - $270,600.00 annually. Starting pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and experience.
