Interim Director of Clinical Systems & Informatics

We are seeking talented technical consultants passionate about enhancing EHR platforms to improve patient care, outcomes, and operational efficiency. In the role of Interim Director of Clinical Systems & Informatics, you will: Provide leadership and oversight for Meditech Client/Server, Athena One, and Clinical Informatics initiatives. Utilize your technical and clinical expertise to ensure system alignment with organizational priorities, regulatory standards, and value-based care initiatives. Lead efforts in clinical informatics to optimize workflows, enhance user adoption, and standardize documentation and data practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and enhance system usability. Partner with Finance, Quality, and Operations teams to create analytics and reporting that drive performance improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Over 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare IT with specific expertise in EHR systems and implementations. Solid knowledge of Meditech Client/Server and Athena One. Proficient in clinical informatics, workflow design, and understanding of healthcare regulations. Availability to travel to client sites up to three days per week as needed.
