InEvent is an innovative and fast‑paced B2B startup that develops intelligent solutions for hospitality and marketing. The company focuses on high‑level management tools for C‑suite executives and supportive operational tools for analysts and managers.
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to focus on long‑term relationships with our customers, providing them with innovative solutions to develop their events. The role requires a committed, motivated, and positive individual ready to join a fast‑growing company where they can make a difference.
Responsibilities
Negotiate and convert renewals and upsell deals within the existing client portfolio – including regular customer reviews and product demonstrations.
Maintain excellent product knowledge of all products and new releases.
Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual upsell and ACV targets.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
Deliver exceptional customer service and address client needs efficiently.
Employ a consultative selling approach to understand and fulfill client requirements.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain and manage pipelines in CRM systems (HubSpot or Pipedrive preferred).
Pre‑Requisites
Experience working in the Events Industry.
Advanced English proficiency.
Solid experience in a B2B sales/account management role with responsibility for renewals and upselling; key clients SMEs & Enterprise.
Track record of hitting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Outstanding customer service and sales skills.
Experience upselling and maximizing account revenue.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Experience managing pipelines in a CRM such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
