$365,000 $420,000 (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonus

Overview: Our client, a leading law firm with a broad and innovative litigation practice, is seeking an

Associate Attorney

to join its

Dallas litigation team . The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in state and federal litigation and the ability to work across multiple practice areas in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment.

Practice Areas: Our litigation group handles a wide spectrum of matters, including:

Oil & Gas / Energy Fiduciary Litigation Employment Law Privacy and Data Security Antitrust Securities Litigation Key Responsibilities:

Research and draft

motions, briefs, and other pleadings

for state and federal court matters. Participate in

all aspects of discovery , including written discovery, depositions, and document review. Assist with

case and client management , ensuring responsive, high-quality service. Contribute to trial preparation, including drafting trial briefs, preparing witnesses, and developing case strategy. Engage in

courtroom advocacy

at hearings and, where applicable, trials. Preferred Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school ; admitted to practice in Texas or eligible for waiver Law school class years

2018-2020 . District court or appellate court

clerkship experience

preferred but not required. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Deposition, hearing, and trial experience are beneficial. Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary:

$365,000 $420,000
