Logistics Coordinator
Location:
Massillon, Ohio (On-site, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM) Mast Trucking is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to help us move refrigerated freight efficiently and profitably. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role where your ability to think fast, negotiate honestly, and solve problems will determine your success. What You’ll Do
Find and book
quality freight
that aligns with company goals
Negotiate rates and contracts like a
sharp shooter , securing the best possible deals
Work closely with
load planners
and
driver managers
to support smooth operations
Utilize Optimal Dynamics software and other industry tools to make data-driven decisions
Keep up with
fast-changing freight markets
and adjust strategies accordingly
Solve problems quickly
when things don’t go as planned—because in trucking, they won’t

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
(preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field)
1-3 years of experience
in supply chain, logistics, or transportation preferred, but
motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle
high-pressure, fast-changing
environments
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and willingness to learn logistics software
