We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our global supply chain operations across Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the United States. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless movement of luxury fashion clothing goods while maintaining compliance with international trade laws and country-specific regulations. Responsibilities

Global Shipment Coordination:

Plan, monitor, and manage inbound and outbound shipments across Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the US. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and import/export procedures. Prepare and manage shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics providers. Maintain strong relationships with international vendors and transport partners. Inventory & Warehouse Oversight:

Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records. Oversee packing and handling of high-value luxury goods in accordance with brand standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with merchandising, sales, and retail teams to align logistics operations with business goals. Provide timely updates on shipment status and resolve any delivery issues. Process Optimisation:

Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and reduce costs. Implement best practices for supply chain efficiency and sustainability. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in luxury retail or apparel. Strong knowledge of international trade laws and customs regulations. Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple international stakeholders and time zones. Preferred Experience

Prior experience handling luxury goods and high-value shipments. Familiarity with compliance standards in key markets (e.g., EU VAT, US customs, Asia-Pacific regulations). Multilingual capabilities are a plus. Seniority level
