Infucare RX is seeking an experienced Territory Manager - Specialty to join our team in Central and West PA regions.

Successful Candidate must reside in either Central or West PA area and be willing to travel.

As a Territory Manager - Specialty ,

you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through relationship-building, education, and strategic sales initiatives. You'll develop and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers, prescribers, discharge planners, and referral sources to expand access to InfuCare Rx's comprehensive infusion therapy programs and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed territory growth goals. Build strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, nurses, and other key referral sources. Promote InfuCare Rx's specialty infusion programs, and chronic disease management. Identify new referral and business opportunities within assigned accounts. Plan and execute strategic field visits and educational sessions to maximize productivity and minimize travel costs. Partner with internal clinical and administrative teams to ensure exceptional patient care and service delivery. Conduct presentations, in-services, and community outreach to enhance brand awareness. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet goals and timelines. Stay informed about industry trends, payer requirements, and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records in CRM and adhere to all company reporting requirements. Always uphold patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, legal, and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree ora minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience (specialty pharmacy, infusion, or healthcare sales). At least 5 years of proven success in specialty pharmacy, infusion therapy, or pharmaceutical sales. Strong understanding of specialty medication billing, reimbursement, and insurance pre-authorization (preferred). Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and develop new referral relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and active auto insurance.
