Industrial Electrician / Maintenance Technician
Location: Matthews, NC Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $30.00+ per hour

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician / Maintenance Technician to support our Matthews, NC facility. In this role, you'll keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining critical electrical and mechanical systems. What You'll Do
Perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery Diagnose and resolve issues with control systems, wiring, and equipment performance Read, interpret, and apply electrical schematics and blueprints Execute preventive maintenance programs using CMMS software Support facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, and boilers Contribute to capital projects, upgrades, and new equipment installations Champion workplace safety by identifying hazards and following OSHA/EPA guidelines What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as an industrial electrician, maintenance technician, or electromechanical technician Certification or strong knowledge in one or more of the following: Electrical wiring HVAC systems Welding Pipe fitting Hydraulics
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with both mechanical and electrical equipment Familiarity with CMMS systems, PLC interfaces, and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Wonderware) Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Organized, detail-oriented, and effective at time management Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and within a team
