Job Description As the Materials Designer ETW for Client Sportswear, you will lead material design initiatives to create premium, distinctive, and consumer-relevant products aligned with the brand’s creative vision. You will be responsible for defining material palettes, setting seasonal direction, and driving storytelling strategies across Client Sportswear footwear projects. This position requires deep involvement throughout the product creation process, ensuring alignment with lifestyle product priorities and creative objectives.

Define creative direction and execute material strategies for seasonal collections.
Collaborate with category teams to ensure material decisions enhance brand expression and market relevance.
Stay hands‑on throughout product creation, ensuring the design intent is maintained.
Manage multiple projects and balance innovative design with timelines and resources.
Communicate design concepts effectively using strong visual presentation methods.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in materials, textiles, or color design.
Strong understanding of product creation methods and holistic design.
Experience in sportswear or lifestyle product categories is preferred.
Knowledge of sustainable materials and emerging material technologies is a plus.
