Maintenance Technician
Here at Kelly we are seeking a maintenance technician to start a direct hire position at one of our most trusted and successful partners. This is a permanent position with full benefits, and you will start with the company on day 1, as it is a direct hire role. This partner is an established manufacturer in the plastics industry for medical products and manufacturing. Plastics maintenance experience preferred but not required. Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement as well as standard work procedures. Installs and performs preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment (closing machines, feeder bowls, etc.) as required. Reconditions used equipment. Troubleshoots hydraulic, automation, vision, and electrical systems on injection molding machines to ensure continuous production under the direction of the Shift Supervisor. Authorized to take out of service any machine or equipment that is deemed to be unsafe or that would further deteriorate with continued use. Ability to read blueprints. Familiar with automation and vision systems. Troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of injection molding machine functions and controls. Benefits
