Job Description
Serve as IEA's ISO Quality Management Representative Responsible for overall direction of quality control/technical and service & warranty Lead the company's ISO and quality programs including supplier quality, material and product traceability, internal quality audit, process control, internal corrective action and document control Develop, implement, and coordinate quality training programs. Apply SPC methods for analyzing data Manage supplier relationships. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree required, engineering preferred 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing quality environment Expert in ISO9001, with ability to improve a QMS in accordance with ISO requirements Strong background with quality core tools Experience working directly with high-profile customers and suppliers Ability to create and drive operational KPIs to report to senior leadership Experience in fabrication and assembly Six sigma certification preferred What's on Offer
