HVAC Lead

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Lead to support a newly launched HVAC division within an established construction and restoration company. This is a direct hire, full-time, year-round opportunity offering a wide variety of work across residential and light commercial environments. When HVAC demand is low, you'll assist in other trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and emergency mitigation. Job Duties: Lead diagnostic, repair, and replacement of HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, ductless systems) Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups Install and replace thermostats and smart controls Maintain accurate records of work and materials Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Provide excellent customer service and maintain clean job sites Assist with other trades as needed Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment Benefits: Company vehicle with gas card 401(k) with 3% company match 80 hours PTO 6 paid holidays Health & Dental Insurance (eligible after 30 days of employment following the first of the next month) Cell phone allowance ($15 per paycheck) Pre-tax accounts: FSA, HSA, Dependent Care, Insurance Premiums Hands-on training and career growth opportunities Requirements: 3+ years of residential HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with full system replacements Willingness to assist in other trades EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I & II) preferred Work Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Pay Range: $56160.00 - $72800.00/yr.
