We are seeking a

NetSuite Business Systems Analyst

(Finance or Operations focused) to join our clients growing team. This role will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing their technology landscape within a fast-paced retail environment. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving implementations and integrations of NetSuite with other systems, while ensuring processes across finance, operations, and logistics are efficient and scalable. Location & Compensation

Onsite in Downtown Los Angeles Salary: $130,000-155,000 Key Responsibilities Partner with finance, operations, and logistics teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions. Lead and support NetSuite implementations, configurations, and integrations with third-party systems. Drive process improvements and automation to optimize workflows across retail operations. Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and post-implementation support. Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. Serve as a subject matter expert for NetSuite and related business applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within a retail environment. Proven expertise with NetSuite ERP (administration, configuration, or implementation). Experience with system integrations and data migrations across ERP, POS, WMS, or CRM platforms. Strong understanding of retail business processes, especially in finance, operations, and logistics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
