Repair and Rebuild:
Inspect, troubleshoot, and
repair/rebuild
hydraulic components (like pumps, cylinders, and valves) and pneumatic systems, ensuring all work meets strict manufacturer and safety standards.
Fabrication and Assembly:
Machine, fabricate, and assemble
custom hose, tube, and piping systems. This includes precise cutting, bending, flaring,
welding
, and pressure-testing to guarantee a perfect, leak-free fit for industrial machinery.
Maintenance & Efficiency:
Perform scheduled
preventative maintenance
(PMs)—such as fluid analysis and filter changes—on all shop equipment to keep hydraulic and air-powered machinery running at peak efficiency.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Read and interpret
engineering schematics, blueprints, and manuals to quickly find and fix complex malfunctions in hydraulic circuits and controls on heavy-duty equipment.
