Currently, we are seeking a qualified
Dealer Territory Manager
to cover the sales territory in
Ohio, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania
.
About the Position Develop a network of window dealers promoting Sierra Pacific Windows to cover the territory
Educate dealer sales teams to promote Sierra Pacific's' brand to builders and architects
Support the dealer sales team in properly quoting and placing orders directly
Professionally present products to builders, architects, and dealers
Prospect for new dealer accounts
Continuously grow sales throughout the territory
Some overnight travel required Qualifications
2 years' wood/clad window and door sales experience required
Product knowledge, construction industry knowledge, and familiar with builder community
Ability to set, prioritize, meet goals and objectives
Strong customer service and negotiating skills
Excellent communication skills and proficient computer and math skills
Demonstrate ability to effectively solve problems
Dependable with ability to travel
Reliable vehicle able to transport samples and materials

Our forests are sustainably managed under a 100-year plan by Registered Professional Foresters, Wildlife Biologists, Botanists, and other professionals. We are growing forests for our future, planting over 6 million new trees every year. In Spring 2024, we planted our
300 millionth seedling
on our timberlands. This milestone was decades in the making, reflecting our commitment to sustainable forest management and ensuring we have forests not just for today, but for generations to come.
Sierra Pacific effectively uses nearly 100% of every piece of wood we bring to our facilities. In fact, any small amount that isn't turned into hand-crafted doors and windows, millwork, lumber, or landscaping material is actually converted into electricity in our eight biomass-fueled power plants.
