Job Summary:

The Digital & E-Commerce Website Manager will oversee the day-to-day management, optimization, and execution of global D2C brand websites. This role requires strong technical and project management expertise to support new feature releases, website enhancements, and merchandising initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between technical and business teams, ensure high-quality UX/UI experiences, and align all digital executions with brand strategy and global standards.

Key Responsibilities: Support global brand D2C sites and feature release processes in collaboration with Global teams (monthly sprints). Lead website IT ticket creation, review, and follow-up with developers for new features, defect resolutions, and optimizations. Own daily NGLORA brand layer site execution, ensuring seamless updates and maintenance. Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure clear alignment on project requirements. Assist in executing the brand development roadmap by understanding and implementing new feature functionalities. Participate in reviewing website designs via Figma during Global sprint cycles. Lead the end-to-end e-merchandising process, coordinating with third-party agencies to complete PDPs and Landing Pages (20+ PDPs and 10+ LPs annually). Analyze and apply technical documentation to propose effective digital solutions. Ensure top-tier UX/UI performance across D2C platforms, maintaining brand integrity and consumer-first experiences. Manage backend systems for Beauty Tech & Services (e.g., Virtual Try-On, Shade Finder Quiz) for seamless product launches. Execute global and market-specific website updates and maintenance. Conduct industry research and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging D2C trends and opportunities. Support the Digital Director in managing priorities across digital and e-commerce initiatives with efficiency and attention to detail. Required Qualifications:

2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing D2C website front-end operations. Proven experience in website development, digital merchandising, and UX/UI design. Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate digital integrations. Knowledge of D2C best practices and e-commerce workflows. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing third-party vendors and providing structured, actionable feedback. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude. Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with D2C website platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Shopify. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing platforms (Google Optimize, User Testing, GA4). Strong learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field preferred.
