Monday-Friday, 40 hrs./week, with 2-week rotations between A shift (7:00am-3:30pm) and B shift (1:30pm-10:00pm). Benefits : 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance Compensation:
$29.75/HR
Responsibilities Working in a laboratory environment supporting manufacturing operations, this individual will be responsible for executing release testing and data analysis for product release. Duties include:
Running, maintaining, and troubleshooting Vitros 350, FS 5.1, 4600, and 3400XT analyzers. Executing Vitros testing following Test Designs and analyzing data for product release. Partnering with Manufacturing Operations, Product Support, and other technical support groups to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met prior to final product release. Routinely interacting with data management systems such as LIMS, SAP, Document Management Systems (Windchill), and Non-Conformance & CAPAs (QERTS). Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent required; science concentration preferred. 1-2 years of previous laboratory or similar experience required. Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting analyzers (Vitros 350, FS 5.1, 3400, and 4600). Analytical knowledge required for production releases. Experience with QO LIMS or SAP preferred. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation-must understand cGMPs and protocols in a regulated/FDA environment. Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily workload. Strong teamwork skills and demonstrated problem-solving using innovative solutions. Computer proficiency (Windows software). Full understanding of quality control practices. Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and operate in a cross-functional team setting. Must be able to work in a BL2 laboratory environment (standing for long periods, wearing PPE, handling human samples).
