Job Description
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project quality and efficiency. Enforce safety protocols and company standards, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and owners to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly. Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure construction aligns with project requirements. Manage scheduling, logistics, and daily work plans to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and assist with project documentation and closeout activities. The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be an experienced construction professional with a strong background in managing light industrial or commercial projects from ground-up through completion. They will demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and maintain high safety and quality standards. A proactive, hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential. Experience with scheduling software, reading blueprints, and managing subcontractor performance will also be key to success in this role.
