The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the pricing strategy, leading the deal desk review and approval for the sales team, and supporting all strategic finance requirements for first-of-a-kind deal and partnership reviews. This role also involves leading the development of company-wide KPIs and performance analytics, as well as managing a growing FP&A team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS software or payments industry experience, with a focus on financial acumen, strategic analysis, project management, and the ability to attract and develop a high-performing team. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in leading company-wide financial and strategic planning. A total of 8 years of additional experience in finance, strategy, accounting, analytics, pricing, or management consulting is required. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in leading pricing strategy and deal desk reviews, as well as experience in developing and presenting senior leadership and board-level reports. Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and ensure high-quality results. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, and have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact strategic initiatives.
