About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Finance, Strategy, and Analytics to lead the annual strategic and financial planning processes, track performance, and report to the company and the board. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the pricing strategy, leading the deal desk review and approval for the sales team, and supporting all strategic finance requirements for first-of-a-kind deal and partnership reviews. This role also involves leading the development of company-wide KPIs and performance analytics, as well as managing a growing FP&A team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS software or payments industry experience, with a focus on financial acumen, strategic analysis, project management, and the ability to attract and develop a high-performing team. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in leading company-wide financial and strategic planning. A total of 8 years of additional experience in finance, strategy, accounting, analytics, pricing, or management consulting is required. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in leading pricing strategy and deal desk reviews, as well as experience in developing and presenting senior leadership and board-level reports. Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and ensure high-quality results. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, and have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact strategic initiatives.
