Job Description
The Client Transitions Specialist is responsible for processing new client onboarding estate, and termination requests with Moneta's designated custodial vendors. This role will encompass the entire onboarding & offboarding processes, ensuring clients are established or delinked appropriately in Moneta's internals systems and with our custodial vendors. This role will serve as the subject matter experts for custodial processes and workflows, providing guidance for the best client experience. The Client Transitions Specialist will manage the custodial processing and monitoring functions of the client relationship.
Essential Responsibilities Serves as the subject matter expert for all Moneta and custodial workflows related to client onboarding and offboarding Processes daily requests from client teams for new client onboarding, estate accounts, and terminations, ensuring timely and accurate completion Administers the account opening process, including completing applications and supplemental forms, reviewing supporting documentation, resolving discrepancies, tracking account status and providing updates to client teams Initiates and monitors the Transfer of Assets (TOA) process for new accounts, auditing incoming assets against statements and resolving inconsistencies Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, documenting tasks appropriately in Moneta's internal systems Acts as a liaison between client teams and custodians to resolve issues Promotes a collaborative team environment through open and timely communication Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field At least 1 year of work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce CRM and DocuSign preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States Additional Information
This is a full-time salary, non-exempt position reporting to the Manager of Client Transitions.
