Electrical-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
to play a critical role in ensuring production equipment operates efficiently and reliably. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical systems essential to our manufacturing processes. From diagnosing complex electrical circuits to fine-tuning hydraulic and pneumatic systems, you will be at the heart of keeping our operation running smoothly. Whether performing preventative maintenance, responding to unexpected breakdowns, or assisting in equipment upgrades, your expertise will directly impact productivity and safety. Key
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems to reduce downtime.
Diagnose and repair electrical issues such as control panels, PLCs, wiring, sensors, and circuit breakers.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components, including bearings, belts, gears, and chains.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to support equipment modifications and repairs.
Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document work orders and track maintenance activities.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment upgrades.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls and support production needs as required.
Skills & Experience
:
Education : HSD or GED, required; Associate degree or technical certification in a maintenance-related field,
Experience : 3+ years of experience in a multi-craft maintenance role within an industrial or manufacturing environment, required
Knowledge:
Proficiency maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems, required
Software:
Basic computer proficiency and experience w/ CMMS, required
