Job Title: Phlebotomist - Annadale
Job Description
The primary role of a Phlebotomist is to assist in performing various assigned duties, troubleshooting, training, and making workflow recommendations. This position requires expertise in blood draws, labeling specimens, and other related tasks.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Phlebotomy and blood draw techniques.
Experience in specimen collection for at least 1 year.
Ability to handle hard-to-draw patients (Hard Stick Experience).
Strong customer service skills.
Experience working in medical, pediatric, and geriatric settings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
High School Diploma or GED.
1-2 years of relevant experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfax, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
