GL Staffing is seeking for an E-Commerce Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase online sales and enhance the digital customer experience. This role oversees major e-commerce platforms, manages product listings and promotional campaigns, analyzes performance metrics, and collaborates across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and sales growth. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow online sales revenue Manage day-to-day operations across key e-commerce platforms Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve ROI and conversion rates Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align digital campaigns and inventory Set and track sales targets; manage and report on e-commerce budgets Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies Ensure a consistent and optimized user experience across all digital channels Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital channel management Strong familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Shopify, and NetSuite/Channel integrations Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills APPLY NOW!
