$24.00/hr - $25.00/hr Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective businesses using our sales software to introduce KG Facility Solutions and generate interest. Identify decision makers and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Network through industry events, business groups, and online platforms to build a pipeline of opportunities. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in our CRM system. Represent KG Facility Solutions professionally, communicating our value in enhancing facility cleanliness and wellness. Qualifications
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (B2B preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Networking skills to engage with local businesses and associations. Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented. Knowledge of the commercial janitorial or facility services industry is a plus but not required. What We Offer
