We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our team on swing shift, with a start time of 2:15pm. The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience operating CNC machines, be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and possess a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and perform quality inspections. Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment. Troubleshoot issues during production and communicate with team leads or supervisors as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards. Document production data accurately and timely. Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment. Work overtime as required based on production needs. Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Team player who is proactive and willing to assist wherever needed. Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as required. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiple CNC machine types or controls (e.g., Haas, Mazak, Fanuc). Knowledge of G-code programming and machine troubleshooting. Experience with quality inspection procedures and documentation.
