The Role
We are on the lookout for a
Full Stack Software Developer
to help design and implement key product features across our platform. You will play a vital role at the crossroads of product and engineering—developing everything from intelligent matching systems to powerful automation tools for recruiters. In this position, you will manage projects from inception to completion, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and have a significant impact on the product's evolution as our company grows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious who is eager to advance into product or engineering leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance full-stack features focused on hiring and recruiting workflows. Build robust APIs, effective data models, and scalable backend services. Create clean and responsive user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience. Work alongside Product, Design, and Operations teams to define specifications and strategy. Develop internal tools and automate workflows to enhance efficiency. Integrate with third-party platforms and APIs to expand functionality. Contribute to the development of technical architecture and establish best practices. Skills & Experience 3-7 years of experience as a full-stack developer. Strong fundamentals in both backend and frontend development. A product-focused mindset with a keen eye for exceptional user experience. Proven ability to own and manage projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player. Proficient in Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL, and familiar with tools like Vercel or AWS. The Benefits $170,000 - $190,000 base salary + equity. On-site collaboration in San Francisco.
