Ignite your career as an OOH Buyer in Publicis Media Exchange. As an experienced Media Investment Professional, you know that OOH is dynamic and important for clients, providing market-specific strategies that maximize results while reducing waste. PMX brings together our Collective, Spark, Starcom, Infinite Roar and Zenith brands. The Publicis Media Exchange activates across traditional, digital & programmatic OOH channels. Our Buyer roles are the critical thread connecting the marketplace to client goals and outcomes. Your understanding of marketplace pricing and dynamics will be pivotal to our success. Responsibilities

Create and activate smart, effective, inclusive and efficient advertising solutions for your assigned clients. Assist team with RFP & buying process including organizing & compiling proposals, mapping, building plan recommendations & PPT decks, and contracting buys. Successfully manage timelines, client guidelines, and ensure key performance metrics are achieved. Successfully manage campaign performance reporting and total agreement fulfillment. Cultivate relationships with partners/vendors that add value for our clients. Be an expert on the individual format nuances and know how to utilize market strengths to our clients best advantage. Be an expert on the leading OOH buying platforms and tools. Collaborate with our team to share your knowledge and to further develop your skills and the skills of other team members. You will have the full support of our Supervisors and Management to fuel your growth and maximize your potential. You will have access to additional training on a vast library of advertising content. Qualifications

This is a great opportunity if you have 1-2 years of experience negotiating OOH Investment and are great with people. If you are approachable, collaborative, responsible and accountable; if you exhibit sharp attention to detail and strong math skills; if you have an intermediate knowledge of Excel and experience with OX and MediaX media platforms; and if you have a strong understanding of OOH measurement. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
