Leidos . The position is a cleared Program Analyst Scheduler within the Airborne Systems Business Area of the Defense Sector, based in Beavercreek, OH. You will support critical Air Force missions, including the Air Force Research Lab and the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, through software design, hardware integration, and testing to deploy next‑generation solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
Apply scheduling theory and practice to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and related artifacts in compliance with applicable standards and policies.
Implement practices that align time phasing and plans for resources with the IMS, providing an integrated technical, schedule, and resource/cost baseline and forecast for programs.
Generate and maintain a detailed program‑level IMS capturing each LOE discrete subtask.
Coordinate with customer and peer‑teaming stakeholders to compile multiple stakeholder IMSs into one Master Program Schedule.
Participate in new business proposals through scheduling functional support.
Serve as a scheduling leader assisting programs with issue identification and resolution.
Implement program scheduling business rhythms and controls.
Develop scheduling artifacts to meet contractual and project requirements.
Monitor, analyze, and report performance against baseline schedules to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Maintain significant interfaces with Program Managers, Contracts, and Senior Technical Personnel.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6–10 years of experience in the same technical discipline, three of which must be in the DoD.
US Citizen with an active DoD TS clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project scheduling software.
Understanding of advanced scheduling theory, including schedule status processes, schedule health assessment, resource loading/management, cost and schedule integration, baseline change control, schedule execution metrics (BEI, CEI, CPLI, SV, SPI, etc.), schedule risk assessment, Monte Carlo analysis, and critical path method.
Ability to create “what‑if” scenarios and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong desire to learn new technologies and multi‑task in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban).
Familiarity with Atlassian tools: JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket.
Expertise with Structured Solutions Inc. (SSI) Tools for Microsoft Project.
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Pay Range $80,600.00 – $145,700.00
