12-hour rotating shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights), including holidays, weekends, and on-call/call-back as needed
Estimated Weekly Pay:
$2130 - $2190
PACU Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in New York State
Minimum 2 years of recent PACU nursing experience required
ICU nursing experience preferred
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a clinical setting
PACU RN Responsibilities
Recover and monitor post-operative adult patients in a busy PACU environment
Deliver high-quality patient care in a Level 1 trauma center
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain a positive attitude and direct communication with patients and staff
Respond to on-call and call-back situations as required
Adhere to unit standards, hospital protocols, and best practices in nursing care
