Call Center Representative

A busy specialty healthcare office is seeking a

to join their front office team. This role is the first point of contact for patients calling the main office line, so professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude are key. Responsibilities include answering high volumes of incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, obtaining and verifying patient and referring provider information, routing clinical calls appropriately, and maintaining accurate communication and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated reliability and longevity in prior roles, strong computer skills, and experience in customer-facing or administrative positions such as medical office, healthcare, or hospitality front desk settings.
