What You’ll Do
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, subconsultants, and agencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
Lead projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick‑off.
Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to stay on plan.
Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout.
Support the preparation of project proposals by collaborating with senior staff and technical teams.
Coordinate with design teams to develop detailed plans, specifications, drawings, and bid packages.
Perform technical reviews and provide guidance to resolve design challenges.
Lead, mentor, and develop a project team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and guide the team to meet project milestones.
Deploy continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and outcomes.

Salary Range $95,000 – $130,000 annually
Requirements
B.S. in Civil Engineering; M.S. preferred
7+ years of transportation design engineering and project management experience
Proficiency managing projects on highways, structures, and traffic systems
Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain
Proven client relationship and business development experience
MS Office proficiency; MicroStation knowledge preferred
Familiarity with state DOT design standards (NYSDOT or PennDOT preferred)
