Base pay range $140,000 – $200,000 per year.
About The Role We’re building a best‑in‑class Customer Success team and looking for our first Scaled CSM to accelerate adoption of our AI‑powered platform and expand our footprint across a growing portfolio of K‑12 districts.
What You'll Do
Account Management : Own a portfolio of small and medium‑sized district accounts, serve as trusted advisor to ensure adoption, renewal, and expansion; guide customers through best practices.
Growth & Retention : Drive Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR) by managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and mitigating churn.
Digital Success Strategy : Design and execute digital onboarding, support, and nurture programs; partner with RevOps and Product to build automation.
Data‑Driven Growth : Use adoption data to anticipate needs, prioritize engagement, implement health scoring, and share insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of Customer Success in a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated success growing GDR/NDR.
Experience building digital engagement programs.
Strong data literacy.
Excellent communication with district leaders.
Process builder who operationalizes systems.
Passion for K‑12 education and AI solutions.
Startup experience a plus.
