Front Desk Supervisor - Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is searching for a full‑time Front Desk Supervisor to join their team. The property features 326 suites and is located in the Buckhead fashion district between Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, and The Shoppes at Buckhead—just blocks from a MARTA rail station.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong passion for providing exceptional service to guests, excellent teamwork skills, and a minimum of 2 years experience as a front desk supervisor in a hotel. Prior experience with Hilton and working knowledge of OnQ are required.

Shift Pattern:

Full open availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays from 7:00 am to 11:30 pm.

Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Oversees front desk operations.

Provides guest service, guidance, and leadership to ensure consistent customer service.

Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.

Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.

Resolves customer complaints.

Trains, supervises, schedules, and evaluates staff.
