Rate: $85 to $90

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects related to divestiture work. The individual should have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards achieving project milestones. Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a tech environment. Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Collaborative mindset, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Engage stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and facilitate regular communication and updates to them. Develop solution-based approaches to project issues and customer relationship management. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Lead continuous improvement efforts in all aspects of the project management team. Prepare and present regular project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Track program costs and provide monthly reporting.
